The residence is located 400 m from the slopes of the famous skiing carrousel Folgarida – Marilleva – Madonna di Campiglio (120km of trails) - you can get there on foot or use a free ski bus.
In our modern residence, furnished with care and quality, you’ll find all comforts and spend an unforgettable holiday, the apartments include up to two bedrooms, sat TV, balcony or terrace with panoramic view, phone, safe, kitchen corner, microwave-oven and a dishwasher.

Included in the price : 7 night accommodation; heating, electric power, water, gas, bed and bathroom linen, discount on the ski passes; climate charge; booking fee, local taxes, VAT.
Not included : deposit €100 Euro, transport, ski passes, ski school, flights, cleaning charge (€30 apartment Mono, €35 apartment Bilo and Trilo), the hob and oven need to be left clean otherwise €25 will be added.
Optional extras: garage €5 per day, breakfast €4.50 per person per day.
Insurance: Due to the EU legislation it is a condition of booking that you take travel and ski insurance including public liability and emergency and rescue. No liability will be accepted for the consequences of any customers travelling without adequate cover. The insurance is not included.
