At the Marmolada Ski School "Kinderland" in Canazei there is a crèche with a wide range of toys and games plus a team of child minders with many years of experience in this field. Outside on the snow there is 'Fantaski', a large play area with slides, caves and all kinds of entertainment for children. Ski instructors help novice skiers take their first steps on skis, with the help of a conveyor belt which takes them quite safely up to the nursery slope. In Alba di Canazei the Fantaski is situated at 2,000 meters on the lovely sunny Ciampac plateau, reached by cable-car from Alba. There is a large play area filled with inflatable animals of all shapes and sizes for the children to play with. The Tananai Miniclub in Vigo di Fassa has crèche facilities both down in the village and up on the Ciampedie slopes, near the top station of the cable-car. In the village there is a friendly play room run by qualified child minders with lunch served in a nearby hotel. But Tananai's focal point is its play area in the snow up on the slopes where the children can enjoy both games and shows. The Park Bimbo Neve in Pozza di Fassa (Località Fraine) is next to the Fraine drag lift on the great plain on the outskirts of the village. It is run by trained staff who will keep the children entertained with a variety of games and activities including trips on the snow train, toboggan races and, naturally, with ski lessons if required.
