Provides self catering apartments completely furnished with all comforts: bathroom with shower and WC, kitchenette, direct dialing telephone, SAT-TV; most of them have balcony. Bed and bath linen are supplied.
Additional : snack bar, reading room, indoor swimming pool, fitness room, Finnish and Bio sauna, solarium, whirlpool, hot and cold shower with horizontal hydro massage, steam shower, relaxing chairs, children's playroom, video-games, billiard, laundry, ski room, garage and covered parking place.
On saturdays a ski instructor will welcome you in the lobby for information or booking of ski lessons. 10% discount on ski rental at the shop Ski Sport, next to the Residence.

Not included : deposit (€100), transport, ski passes; kitchenette's final cleaning is responsability of the client, otherwise €60 will be charged.
Extras: cot € 56 week, sauna €10 person, hydromassage €10 session, microwave €42.
Insurance : Due to the EU legislation it is a condition of booking that you take travel insurance. You must either take the cover offered by us or take out another policy offering at least the same or better cover. No liability will be accepted for the consequences of any customers travelling without adequate ski insurance. We have arranged insurance policy with Signal Iduna that includes : medical cover, personal accident cover, public liability and emergency rescue. Please check thoroughly what our policy includes against others. The cost is £15 per person and is not included in the price.

The slopes of Tognola are demanding and enjoyable for the beautiful sight of the famous Pale mountains. The wide slopes of Malga Ces are ideal for intermediate skiers and for families.
The ski school beginners area is located a few minutes away from the residence and the cross country is spectacular in the heart of the Paneveggio Natural Park. Quiet and romantic, San Martino maintains the charm of an old alpine village with lots of typical restaurants and traditional feasts.
