The residence is located 400 m from the slopes of the famous skiing carrousel Folgarida – Marilleva – Madonna di Campiglio (120km of trails) - you can get there on foot or use a free ski bus.

In our modern residence, furnished with care and quality, you’ll find all comforts and spend an unforgettable holiday, the apartments include up to two bedrooms, sat TV, balcony or terrace with panoramic view, phone, safe, kitchen corner, microwave-oven and a dishwasher.

The magic formula is “let the children enjoy their time while their parents are relaxing in peace”. We dedicated specific areas to our little guests where they can play and have fun: a large garden and recreation ground in a peaceful corner in the open air; a baby room for raining days; cradles and baby beds to let them feel at home. Moreover…. spectacles and special events for children organised by the local tourists’ office in the village centre.

For your wellness and relax we suggest you visit the wellness centre by Palace Hotel Ravelli**** located 70 m away, where you can get a discount of 10%. Do not forget the Spa centre in Terme di Pejo, the famous termal resort where health and rest come first.

Included in the price : 7 night accommodation; heating, electric power, water, gas, bed and bathroom linen, discount on the ski passes; climate charge; booking fee, local taxes, VAT.

Not included : deposit 100 Euro, transport, ski passes, ski school, flights, cleaning charge ( € 30 apartment Mono, € 35 apartment Bilo and Trilo), the hob and oven need to be left clean otherwise € 25 will be added.

Optional extras: garage € 5 per day, breakfast € 4.50 per person per day.

Insurance: Due to the EU legislation it is a condition of booking that you take travel and ski insurance including public liability and emergency and rescue. No liability will be accepted for the consequences of any customers travelling without adequate cover. The insurance is not included.
