The residence is located at the centre of San Cassiano village in a pedestrian zone:
shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, ski pass offices, ski school, ski rental are in close proximity to the residence. In  new apartments with a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, in a typically Ladin style, you can feel like at home, surrounded by one of the best views in the world.
You can choose among different solutions, according to Your needs, each one, anyway, with car park in the garage 100 meters from the Residence.

Suite 2 +2 Superior - two-room apartments ( 52mq)

Bilo 2+1 - two-room apartments ( 40mq)

Trilo 4+2 - three- room apartments ( 55 mq)

Every apartment is furnished with dishwasher, colour TV set, safe, bath with shower or tank and hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are furnished with a weekly change. Services include daily and weekly cleaning (not included in the price) . Near the house you'll find a bar for fresh drinks or an amusing appetizer.

Prices in GBP per apartment per week - Saturday to Saturday

A = very high season      B = high season      C = mid season      D = low season

Supplementary charge for adults in additional bed:
Period A - € 33      Period B - € 30
Period C - € 28      Period D - € 22

Children from 0-5 years in the crib or additional bed pay € 10 per day.

Children from 5-12 years sleeping in the additional bed pay € 18 per day.

Additional charge for small pets € 5 per day.

Included in the price : 7 night accommodation; heating, electric power, water, gas, bed and bathroom linen, weekly change of bed linen and bath linen, daily  cleaning of bedrooms and bathroom (excluding the kitchen), final cleaning , free use of the wellness centre of the residence (Finnish sauna, fitness room, steam bath,Jacuzzi ) , there is a parking space for every apartment in the underground car park only 100m from the residence,   climate charge; booking fee, local taxes, VAT;

Ski storage locker with ski boot warmer at the ski deposit at the valley station of the "Piz Sorega" cable car station in San Cassiano                                                                                                     

Not included : returnable deposit (150 Euro), transfers, flights, ski school, ski passes, insurance.

Insurance: Due to the EU legislation it is a condition of booking that you take travel and ski insurance including public liability and emergency and rescue. No liability will be accepted for the consequences of any customers travelling without adequate cover. The insurance is not included.
