Apartments "As'odei"

Apartments "As'odëi" is a very new building in the Badia Valley, in the enchanting village of San Cassiano. The apartment building is located at the village entrance. In this small village at the bottom of the Conturines, La Varella, Settsass and Lagazuoi mountains, tourists find all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday.
During the winter time there is a skibus stop in front of our building which brings you to the cableway Piz Sorega. From there you can easily reach the skiresort Alta Badia and Dolomiti Superski and it is also a starting point for the famous Sellaround.

Available Apartments:

Mono 2 - All apartments are well furnished in typical Tyrolean style and cared for in detail. One-room apartments, kitchen with dishes, fridge, electric ceramic cooker, microwave and dishwasher.
The bathroom is equipped with bathtub or shower, WC, bidet, and some apartments with washing machine.

Bilo 2-4 /  Bilo 2-4 Superior -  two -rooms apartments, all apartments dispose of a bedroom, a living room with pull-out sofa, TV, terrace, kitchen with dishes, fridge, electric ceramic cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub or shower, WC, bidet, and some apartments with washing machine.

Trilo 4-6/ Trilo 4-6 Superior - three - rooms apartments, all apartments dispose of a two bedrooms, a living room with pull-out sofa, TV, terrace, kitchen with dishes, fridge, electric ceramic cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub or shower, WC, bidet, and some apartments with washing machine.

NEW WINTER: During the winter season the ski bus to the Piz Sorega cable car station stops directly at the Apartments As'Odei. From there you have access to the Alta Badia ski resort and to the Dolomiti Superski ski carousel. This is also a starting point for the round tour of the 4 mountain passes, the famous Sella Ronda.

Free use of sauna and fitness room.

Prices in GBP per apartment per week - Saturday to Saturday

A = very high season      B = high season      C = mid season      D = low season

Supplementary charge for adults in additional bed:
Period A - € 33      Period B - € 30
Period C - € 28      Period D - € 22

Children from 0-5 years in the crib or additional bed pay € 10 per day.

Children from 5-12 years sleeping in the additional bed pay € 18 per day.

Additional charge for small pets € 5 per day.

Included in the price : 7 night accommodation; heating, electric power, water, gas, bed and bathroom linen, weekly change of bed linen and bath linen, daily  cleaning of bedrooms and bathroom (excluding the kitchen), final cleaning , free use of the wellness centre of the residence (Finnish sauna, fitness room ) , free Ski-Bus Service for all slopes two steps from the residence,  car  park directly outside the residence; upon request underground car park for a fee , climate charge; booking fee, local taxes, VAT;                                                                                                          

Not included : returnable deposit (150 Euro), transfers, flights, ski school, ski passes, insurance.

Insurance: Due to the EU legislation it is a condition of booking that you take travel and ski insurance including public liability and emergency and rescue. No liability will be accepted for the consequences of any customers travelling without adequate cover. The insurance is not included.
